Most questions ask you to describe one real situation from the past twelve months. A few ask what you think, expect or suspect — answer those directly.
Specificity is what makes this work. A precise account of one difficult afternoon is worth more than a general description of a difficult year.
Every answer is read personally, in full, before any conversation is scheduled. Set aside thirty to forty minutes and complete this in one sitting.
